Fireworks are banned for all of Morgan County. This means NO FIREWORKS in the City.
Mountain Green Fire District
Fireworks are banned for all areas of the Mountain Green Fire District. This means NO FIREWORKS inside the district boundaries.
Note: Consequences for not following fireworks restrictions in restricted areas of the county. Class “B” misdemeanor with a $1000.00 fine and up to 6 months in jail.
