Morgan County


Fireworks are banned for all of Morgan County. This means NO FIREWORKS in the unincorporated areas of the County. 



Morgan City


Fireworks Restricted areas for Morgan City are North of 600 East and 700 East, East and South of Imperial Drive to include the South Morgan Cemetery to the Morgan City Boundary.



Mountain Green Fire District


Fireworks are banned for all areas of the Mountain Green Fire District. This means NO FIREWORKS inside the district boundaries. 

 

Note: Consequences for not following fireworks restrictions in restricted areas of the county. Class “B” misdemeanor with a $1000.00 fine and up to 6 months in jail.
