  • Passes are required except for green waste.
  • Passes may be purchased in Room 3 (Treasurer) of County Building or at the Morgan City Offices for $10 (truckload and single axle) or $30 (double axle).
  • Passes also available for purchase onsite

Please Place cans at road side the night before your pickup day. All solid waste must be placed within the authorized containers; our contractor is not responsible for picking up anything outside of the containers.

  • What cannot be disposed of at the facility?

    Regular household waste, Contractor waste, Explosives, Construction debris, Animal or human remains, Radioactive materials, Motor vehicles or related parts, Liquid wastes, Hazardous waste of any kind in any quantity,Dirt, rocks, concrete, asphalt, etc.

  • What misc items can be disposed of at the facility?

    Tires - $5 each, Water Heaters and other large metal items – free.

  • Does Morgan offer curbside recycling?

    Morgan County will start offering curbside recycling March 1, 2025

  • Can I dispose of medical products?

  • Can I purchase a dump pass at the dump facility?

    Yes, payment must be made in cash.
